By faith, Abel.
Abel is our role model of faith for this Sunday's discussion.
He offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. (Later, Cain killed Abel so he wasn't "able" any more.) He was commended as a righteous man when God spoke well of his offerings. And he still speaks to us today even though he is dead.
And all of this, BY FAITH!
